Performers’ interests are represented through its board and advisory structures, and SASPRO is subject to both corporate governance standards and any regulatory requirements that will apply to collective management organisations.

We are committed to transparent reporting on collections, distributions, and administrative deductions. Members will receive regular information about the royalties collected on their behalf, and SASPRO is required to maintain accurate records and provide appropriate disclosures in line with international best practice for collective management organisations.
